Refund policy
At Clasci the Label, our main goal is to ensure complete satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes returns or exchanges may be necessary. If you are unsatisfied with your order, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. Additionally, customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returned goods, unless wrong items were shipped or there are product defects.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Refund
To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at stayclassy@clasci.com with your order details and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 Business days.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned including:
Custom products and special order products
Made-to-order items.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchange/Replacement Policy
We do not provide exchange/replacement on our products.
